Experience:

During his career he has had over 40 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in many Industries in New Zealand. He has Held Senior Corporate marketing and ownership positions in the Fashion and Pharmaceutical Industries. His expertise is in Brand Development, and Marketing, and he has a sophisticated experience in the strategies of brands and brand positioning. He has created brands from the design stages and has on occasions produced National Market leaders in various fields. His last corporate venture was as Founder and Chairman of Health 2000 Ltd, which he developed into the largest retailer of Natural Health Products in New Zealand with over 50 Retail outlets and a turnover of over $60 million.

Health 2000 stores are represented in all major Shopping Centres in New Zealand, as well as in all of the regional Towns. Tom has considerable experience in negotiating leases. He was personally involved in choosing retail sites and evaluating Large and regional Shopping Centres. This has given him the experience and understanding retail strategies and evaluating the retail mix in a Shopping Center.

Negotiation Skills

Tom has negotiated many agency, employment and leasing contracts at all corporate levels, within New Zealand and Internationally. He was on the New Zealand Natural Health Advisory Board, which advised the New Zealand Health Department on Natural Therapy Products and will bring his skills to your needs for the best results
